Q: Does Yescolor supply original OEM cartridges?
A: No. Yescolor supplies compatible printing consumables only. We do not supply original OEM HP, Canon, Epson, or other original brand cartridges.
Q: How can I confirm the correct compatible cartridge?
A: Please send your printer model, cartridge model, cartridge label photo, required colors, quantity, and destination. Our team will help confirm the suitable compatible option before quotation.
Q: Why do some Epson models need compatibility confirmation?
A: Epson compatible cartridge performance may vary by printer region, firmware version, chip version, and cartridge serial requirements. Please confirm compatibility before ordering.
Q: Does Yescolor sell cartridge chips separately?
A: No. Yescolor does not sell cartridge chips separately. Chip recognition and compatibility are handled as part of compatible cartridge matching and quality assurance.

Q: What products does Yescolor supply?
A: Yescolor supplies compatible ink cartridges, wide-format inks, ink pouches, printheads, maintenance parts, DTF transfer supplies, and related printing consumables for selected printing systems.
Q: Are your printheads new or original?
A: No. Selected printheads supplied by Yescolor are compatible or remanufactured options. Product condition, testing details, and warranty terms should be confirmed by model before ordering.
Q: Are DTF inks included in DTF Transfer Supplies?
A: No. DTF Transfer Supplies mainly include selected DTF film, hot melt powder, cleaning solution, cleaning swabs, wipes, and related transfer printing supplies. DTF inks are listed under Wide Format Inks when available.

Q: Can I order samples before bulk purchase?
A: Sample orders are available for selected models. Sample testing is recommended before bulk orders when compatibility confirmation is required.
Q: Can I mix different models in one order?
A: Yes. Mixed-model orders can be discussed based on product type, quantity, packaging, and shipping requirements.
Q: What information should I send to get a quote?
A: Please send your product type, printer model, cartridge model or part number, required colors, quantity, destination country or China forwarder address, packaging requirement, and product or label photo if available.

Q: Are ink cartridges sensitive goods for shipping?
A: Ink cartridges and liquid products may be treated as sensitive goods for shipping. Shipping method and cost should be confirmed based on product type, quantity, and destination.
