Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to products supplied by Zhuhai Yescolor Printing Technology Co., Ltd. (“Yescolor”) through confirmed quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, or other written order confirmations.

Order Confirmation

Yescolor supplies compatible printing consumables primarily for business and wholesale customers. Product compatibility, specifications, quantity, packing, price, lead time, and shipping terms must be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

Standard Returns

For non-defective standard products, you may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a standard return:

• The return must be authorized by Yescolor in writing before shipment.
• Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Products must be in resalable condition.
• The customer must provide the order or invoice number and reason for return.

Approved standard returns do not carry a restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping, customs, duties, and handling charges are not refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Please inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Claims involving damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order or invoice number
• Product model and quantity
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, labels, and shipping carton
• Printer model and relevant error information when applicable

After verification, Yescolor may provide a replacement, repair, account credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

If Yescolor shipped the wrong product or confirms a manufacturing defect, Yescolor will be responsible for the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:

• Custom-manufactured products
• OEM, private-label, or neutral-packaging orders produced to customer requirements
• Products with customized labels, cartons, chips, firmware, colors, capacities, or specifications
• Opened ink cartridges, ink pouches, inks, cleaning fluids, and other consumable liquids
• Installed or used printheads, chips, circuit boards, and electronic parts
• Products damaged by incorrect installation, storage, handling, transport, or use
• Samples, clearance items, or products identified as final sale

These exclusions do not apply when Yescolor confirms that a product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Compatibility Claims

Customers must provide accurate printer models, original cartridge or part codes, region information, color requirements, and intended applications before ordering.

Yescolor is not responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. We will provide reasonable assistance to investigate compatibility issues.

Return Procedure

Before returning any product, contact Yescolor and obtain written return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Do not send products to our office or factory without receiving the designated return address and shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

Returned products will normally be inspected within 5 business days after receipt.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 business days after inspection. Refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible, or through another method agreed in writing.

The time required for funds to appear may depend on the bank, payment provider, and destination country.

Order Cancellation

Standard orders may be cancelled before production, packing, or shipment begins, subject to written confirmation from Yescolor.

Custom, private-label, OEM, or special-production orders cannot normally be cancelled after artwork, specifications, production, or material purchasing has been approved or started.
