Yescolor ships compatible printing consumables to international customers and can also deliver orders to designated freight forwarders within China.
Order Processing
Production and processing times depend on product type, quantity, stock availability, customization, packaging, and payment status.
The applicable lead time will be confirmed in the quotation or proforma invoice. Custom, OEM, private-label, and special-production orders may require additional time.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may include:
• International courier
• Air freight
• Sea freight
• Rail or combined transport where available
• Delivery to a customer-appointed freight forwarder in China
• Other methods agreed in writing
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated according to destination, shipment weight, volume, shipping method, and applicable Incoterms.
The confirmed shipping cost and responsibility will be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, or order confirmation.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, destination restrictions, or other circumstances outside Yescolor’s reasonable control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed under the confirmed Incoterms, the customer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges in the destination country.
China Forwarder Deliveries
For delivery to a freight forwarder in China, the customer must provide the complete warehouse address, recipient name, telephone number, warehouse code, carton-mark requirements, and other receiving instructions.
Yescolor’s delivery responsibility is completed when the shipment is accepted by the designated forwarder unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Address Changes
Please confirm the shipping address before dispatch. Address changes after shipment may result in delays or additional carrier charges payable by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please inspect cartons upon delivery. Visible transport damage, shortages, or incorrect products should be reported within 7 calendar days.
Keep all cartons, labels, packing materials, and products until the claim has been reviewed.
